NSF I-Corps Program

Do you have an idea for a product or company? The NSF I-Corps Program will guide you through the process of starting a company using the Customer Development Process. Learn how to interview customers, give an elevator pitch, protect your Intellectual Property and develop presentations for investors. IGE Technology Accelerator 

The Institute for the Global Entrepreneur (IGE), a joint collaboration between the Jacobs School of Engineering and the Rady School of Management, is announcing a unique Technology Accelerator to fund Proof of Concept (POC) projects, through a milestone-based program that validates technologies and market potential. Teams selected to participate, will work closely with mentors, domain experts, and industry partners to advance technologies to the near-market prototype stage. Blum Summer Field Internship 2017

Apply for a paid summer field internship opportunity with the UCSD Cross-Border Initiative! The UCSD Cross-Border Initiative was established in 2012 to promote interdisciplinary poverty research and practice in the San Diego-Tijuana border region. From July - August, interns will work in supervised interdisciplinary teams, investigating a variety of challenges, and participate in ongoing collaborative projects. CGI U 2017 Applications Now Available!

The Clinton Foundation has announced CGI U’s new date and location, and applications are now available! CGI U 2017 will take place in Boston, MA at Northeastern University from October 13-15. The early application and travel assistance deadline is Wednesday, March 1, and the final application deadline is Monday, May 1. Visit cgiu.org for more information about this year’s meeting.
